Japanese sometimes ask me 'What's that strong 'American smell'? or 'Why do Americans smell so strongly of sweat?' Body odor and how it's dealt with in Japan is much different than in America. In this video, I share why Americans smell the way they do, and how they prevent body odor. This video's purpose is to educate and bring awareness to differences in body odor and culture, not to generalize or make fun of/ put down a culture or group of people in anyway. Enjoy!
