ＡＫＢ４８が８日、東京・秋葉原のＡＫＢ４８劇場で１７周年特別記念公演を行い、１１月２３日にグループからの卒業を電撃発表した岡田奈々（２５）が発表後初めて劇場ファンの前に立った。公演には総監督の向井地美音（２４）、柏木由紀（３１）ら現役メンバー８２人中７５人が参加した。
グループ初の試みとして実施された、メンバー投票で１２部門の最優秀賞を決める「ＡＫＢ４８ Ａｗａｒｄ Ｍｅｍｂｅｒ ｏｆ ｔｈｅ Ｙｅａｒ」の結果が発表され、岡田は「ベストマイク賞」で最優秀賞を獲得した。
岡田は「これからも大好きな歌を歌っていける人生であれるように、一生懸命努力していきます」と話し「メンバーの絆を忘れずに、ずっと大切にしてこれからも自分らしく生きていきたいと思いました」と前を向いた。卒業についての具体的な言及はなかった。
